When is the best time to schedule a newborn session?
The ideal time to photograph your newborn is within the first 5–14 days after birth. During this window, babies are sleepier and more easily posed, helping us capture those sweet, curled-up moments. However, if your baby is a little older, don’t worry — we can still create beautiful memories at any age!
What should we wear for the session?
I recommend keeping outfits simple — soft, neutral colors, white - beige - tan - brown would be perfect. Feel free to include lots of textures! You are welcome to bring anything sentimental you’d like included in the photos as well.
How long does a newborn session typically last?
Newborn sessions usually last around 2 hours. This gives us plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and capturing all those precious details without feeling rushed. I want your baby to be comfortable, so we work at their pace!
Can parents and siblings be included in the session?
Absolutely! Capturing the love and connection between your family is so special. I encourage parents and siblings to join in for a few shots — these make for some of the most heartfelt images you’ll treasure forever.
